The LaserHarp is a MIDI controller platform that uses sensor components to translate movement into MIDI note and controller data. The system accepts program change messages allowing its transmitted data to be modified in real time. Finally, it is designed using inexpensive sensor and computer components making for a highly cost effective system.

Momentum III: EUREKA! is an annual event open to all RIT students who are passionate about using their skills to initiate social change. This year we are partnering with the City of Rochester – Department of Recreation & Human Services (DRHS) – Recreation & Youth Services Bureau to identify ways the the DRHS can effectively share information about its programs and services so that youth and families are consistently aware of the opportunities available to them.
