Hosted by the hospitality and tourism management program at RIT's Saunders College of Business, the Day of Hospitality is an opportunity for prospective students to explore industries and careers that comprise hospitality and tourism. This free event is open to all high school students, community college students, and students accepted to RIT's hospitality and tourism management program. The event will feature alumni guest speakers, faculty sessions, and hands-on activities.

RIT Archives Story Booth is open to record your RIT stories. Women in Technology and RIT Archives invite students, faculty, and staff to hold conversations about women and non-binary communities at RIT.

Join us - in the first floor of the SHED - for the annual RIT Zine Fest, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. This annual event features dozens of RIT-based and regional zinesters, print creatives and DIY'ers selling their publications. Each table will have free goods for attendees! The RIT Zine Fest is sponsored by the School of Communication (COLA) and RIT Libraries. A free zine-making workshops will also take place during the fest in the SHED's Makerspace.

Opportunity to learn tips that minimize bias and create a welcoming atmosphere by using effective practices throughout the hiring process. The training is best for faculty positions and Assistant Director or higher staff positions. If hiring for entry level positions, you can complete the LinkedIn Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing training.

Activism and art often share the same underlying motivations: communicating new perspectives, questioning the status quo, speaking out about beliefs, and inspiring others to take action.

Deaf Hub Vital Signs (DHVS) lecture series features Ashina Singh, MD in delivering her talk, “Overcoming Barriers: Underrepresented Minority Experience in an Ableist Field” on Friday, March 29 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Student Alumni Union (SAU) Fireside Lounge, followed by a reception where you can interact with Dr. Singh.
