ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT graduate student pitcher John Arnold was a Third Team American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Region 3 selection.
Arnold held opposing teams to a .229 batting average, the second-lowest average in the Liberty League this season. A First Team All-Liberty League selection as well as a D3baseball.com Second-Team All-Region 3 honoree, Arnold ranked second in the conference in innings pitched (66.1) and was third in strikeouts (67). He recorded a season-best 10 strikeouts against St. Lawrence on Mar. 28 and finished the year with a 4-3 record.
RIT finished with a 22-14 record, including an 11-7 mark in Liberty League play.
