If you are a Black Woman Identifying Student interested in connecting with other Black Women Identifying Students in a safe space, please join us at our weekly group meeting! 

This semi-structured group invites men of color (MOC) to explore personal development as an adjunct to their academic pursuits. Students will explore personal and cultural history, evaluate and restructure belief systems, and pursue personal power. This is a safe space where students are welcomed and encouraged to explore issues of race, ethnicity, gender, and cultural trauma.

Conflict: it's something we deal with as a natural and normal part of relating to others. Learning to deal productively with conflict is a life skill that can be leveraged academically, personally and professionally. Join WE@RIT and RIT Ombuds to learn more about your own conflict style and how you can use it to better manage conflict with others while working toward productive resolutions.

A group of female IFI members will be meeting to study and discuss the Bible. During the session, we will delve into selected passages, share insights, and encourage one another in our faith journeys. All faiths welcome
