RIT Athletics Preview: Nov. 20-26
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The Tigers opened up their 2023-24 season with a 83-60 loss to St. John Fisher on Thursday and a 74-67 loss to Nazareth on Saturday.
On Thursday, junior guard Hannah Durand and senior guard Emma Waite had 16 points each, while junior guard Kaitlyn Bockelman led the team with 13 points on Saturday.
RIT travels to Brockport on Tuesday.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The Tigers started their season off with a 91-64 win against Wells,Tuesday, then lost to St. John Fisher, 95-77 on Thursday and also lost to Nazareth, 86-70 on Saturday.
On Tuesday, senior forward Kenny Wilburn had a career-high 32 points off on 15-of-19 shooting. Tuesday's victory was Coach McVean's 600th win of his career. On Thursday, junior guard Brock Bowen had 24 points, while Wilburn led the team with 18 points on Saturday.
The Tigers host Alfred State Tuesday.

MEN'S HOCKEY
After having a week off, the Tigers return to action Friday and Saturday, hosting New Hampshire. RIT's last time out they split a two-game series with Mercyhurst, winning, 5-2 (Nov. 10) then losing, 2-0 (Nov. 11).
