ITHACA, N.Y. – RIT sophomore swimmer Rose Ladue took first place in the 100 Yard Freestyle and 100 Yard Backstroke to lead the Tigers in a dual meet at Ithaca, Saturday.
Ladue finished the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 58.35 seconds, beating out Ithaca's Samantha Bender (58.93) and Elke Beaumont (59.50).
The sophomore followed up that performance by winning the 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 53.24 seconds, just ahead of Ithaca's Ang Merch (53.49).
