Hockey teams to participate in local fundraiser, including 3v3 exhibition
ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The RIT men's and women's hockey teams, in conjunction with DICK'S House of Sport, will participate in a community event on Friday, Dec. 13 starting at 6:00 p.m.
The event will include 3-on-3 games between members of the teams as well as an open skate for fans ages six years and older to skate with the Tigers. Ritchie the Tiger mascot will also be available for pictures.
Tickets for the open skate are $10/participant and skate rentals are $6/participant.
A RIT swag and silent auction will be setup to support the Dick's Sporting Goods Foundation Sports Matter program, which supports youth athletes in under resourced communities.
