Women's Track & Field
CANTON, N.Y. – The RIT Women's Track & Field team is set to compete at the 2024 Liberty League Indoor Championships at St. Lawrence's Merrick-Pinkard Track & Field Complex, Friday and Saturday.
- Sophomore Sadie Rose is seeded first in the 200 (25.01) and second in the 400 (57.10).
- Junior Allison Regnante is ranked second in the long jump (5.36m) and fourth in the 60 hurdles (9.29).
- Senior Catherine Fox is ranked second in the pole vault (3.62m).
- Junior Caroline Hill is seeded third in the 60 (7.91) and sixth in the 200 (26.25).
- Sophomore Rania Sabri is seeded second in the triple jump (10.97m), followed by senior Violet Ameele in fifth (10.78m).
- Junior Emily DiMarco is ranked third in the weight throw (14.55m) and fifth in the shot put (11.94m).
- Senior Katie Cobos is seeded fourth in the 5,000 (18:26.32).
- Senior Amelia Gilbert is ranked sixth in the mile (5:13.54) and seventh in the 3,000 (10:33.47).
The Tigers look to improve on a sixth-place finish at last year's championship.
