Gaston lands Liberty League weekly honor
ROCHESTER, N.Y. - RIT junior attack Clifford Gaston was named the Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Offensive Performer of the Week, announced Monday (Feb. 19).
Gaston tallied seven points on five goals and two assists to help lead No. 3 RIT to a 22-8 win at No. 14 Denison, Saturday. He scored two goals in a six-goal second quarter for the Tigers, while three of his five goals were man-up tallies.
RIT returns to action on Saturday (Feb. 24) against Grove City in the Tiger's home opener at 12:00 p.m.
