WOMEN'S SOCCER
RIT picked up a 1-0 win against Union on Senior Day on Saturday to improve to 8-3-4 overall and 4-1-2 in Liberty League action.
Senior forward Rachel Marriott scored the lone goal of the game in the 21st minute for the Tigers.
RIT closes out the regular season at home this week with games against No. 8 Ithaca on Tuesday (Oct. 29) and Vassar on Saturday (Nov. 2).

MEN'S SOCCER
The Tigers earned a 1-1 draw at Union on Saturday as first-year midfielder Julius Jakobs scored the equalizer in the 75th minute of the game.
RIT sits in the sixth and final postseason spot in the Liberty League standings as they head into the final week of the regular season.

The Tigers begin the postseason with the Liberty League Championship race this Saturday (Nov. 2) in Canton, N.Y.
RIT placed fourth in last year's race as senior Sierra Danieu crossed the finish line 11th overall.

MEN'S HOCKEY
RIT dropped a pair of games at home against Colgate over the weekend. In both games, the Tigers lost by one goal.
In the 5-4 setback on Friday, junior forward Adam Jeffery notched his first goal of the season in addition to recording an assist. It was his second-career multi-point game.
On Saturday, the Tigers fell 4-3 with Colgate scoring twice in the third period. Junior forward Tanner Andrew put RIT level at 3-3 less than two minutes into the third period, but the visiting Red Raiders found the game winner three minutes later at the 5:10 mark.
RIT returns to Atlantic Hockey play with a midweek trip to Niagara on Wednesday (Oct. 30) for a 7:05 p.m. faceoff.

WOMEN'S HOCKEY
The Tigers hosted No. 6 St. Lawarence for a pair of games over the weekend. RIT fell 4-1 in Friday's game but managed to earn a 2-2 tie on Saturday.
In Friday's game, senior forward Bronwyn Khangsar scored the lone goal for RIT, her first of the season.
On Saturday, graduate student forward Nicole Ness tied the game at the 3:01 mark in the third period. Junior goalie Sophia Bellina helped the Tigers hang on, making 15 of her 40 saves in the third period.
RIT opens their Atlantic Hockey schedule this weekend with two games against Robert Morris.

WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
After falling at home to William Smith on Wednesday 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-20), the Tigers defeated Keystone 3-1 (23-25, 25-7, 25-12, 25-14) and Lancaster Bible 3-2 (25-18, 23-25, 11-25, 25-21, 15-12) in a pair of non-conference road matches on Saturday.
Graduate student libero Hailey Blixt recorded 41 digs and served 16 aces in Saturday's wins.
RIT travels to take on Ithaca this Friday (Nov. 1) before hosting Vassar on Senior Day the following day (Nov. 2).
