Women's Volleyball falls to Clarkson, Rochester on the road

POTSDAM, N.Y. – The RIT Women's Volleyball team dropped a pair of matches at Clarkson, Saturday. The Tigers fell to the host Golden Knights, 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-14) in Liberty League action before coming up short of Rochester, 3-1 (25-13, 23-25, 26-24, 25-22).
 
CLARKSON 3, RIT 0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-14)

  • Graduate-student setter Sydney Neff was credited with 23 assists and 11 digs.
  • Sophomore outside hitter Mia Gerber totaled a team-high 11 kills to go along with five digs.
  • Graduate-student libero Hailey Blixt picked up a team-high 15 digs. 

ROCHESTER 3, RIT 1 (25-13, 23-25, 26-24, 25-22)

  • Senior outside hitter Catherine Vento had a team-high nine kills.
  • Neff added 25 assists and 13 digs.
  • Blixt was credited with 15 digs and five service aces.
