Wasula lands Liberty League weekly honors

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - RIT first year Anna Wasula was named the Liberty League Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week announced by the league on Monday.

Wasula averaged 5.38 kills/set and 2.75 digs per set in a pair of four-set victories on Saturday. She started the day with a career-high 25 kills on .353 attacking to go along with 12 digs and four service aces during a 3-1 win over Brooklyn College, before adding 18 kills, 10 digs and two service aces in a 3-1 win over host Rutgers-Newark.
