Erev Shabbat on Friday night, marking the beginning of the Jewish rest day. We come together to worship and enjoy community through food, either dinner or sweets, building community. The WLS, hosted by the Leadership Academy at Saunders, is an RIT Women’s Leadership Summit. Our mission is to inspire, connect, and educate women and allies to become tomorrow’s future leaders. We focus on driving leadership excellence in all industries from arts, and sciences, to technology.

Saunders College of Business is celebrating its 3rd women's leadership weekend on February 28 and March 1 with the 15th annual Power Your Potential Women's Conference, and the fifth annual Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS).

This AWARE-AI Spring Roundtable focuses on efficiency in AI. Panelists include Dr. Zhiqiang Tao and Dr. Yin Pan.

University Council (UC) brings together representatives from the three governance groups of the university: Faculty Senate, Staff Council and Student Government.  The president, provost, vice presidents, and deans are also represented on the Council, which addresses university-level policies and facilitates communication among the constituents of the university. UC develops and reviews institutional priorities and acts as a forum through which current or continuing issues of higher education can be discussed. Meetings are held monthly and are attended by members of all 3 governance groups, deans, and administrators. RIT students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend. Interpreters provided.
