Men’s Basketball loses to St. Lawrence, 91-76
ROCHESTER N.Y. - The RIT men's basketball team fell at home to St. Lawrence, 91-76, Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- St. Lawrence took an early lead with a 13-0 run to start the game.
- The Tigers used an 11-3 run near the end of the half to cut the Saints' to 11 with 1:06 left on the clock.
- RIT struggled to gain any sort of momentum in the second half as St. Lawrence used a 15-4 run over a five minute span early in the half to take a commanding 23-point lead with 12:38 left to play.
GAME NOTES
- Graduate forward Kenny Wilburn scored 10 points on 5-of-8 shooting from the field.
- Senior forward Josiah Turner had a team-high 12 points while grabbing eight rebounds.
- First-year guard Marcus Graves had nine points off three three-pointers and dished out three assists.
