ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Bruce B. Bates Women's Hockey Coach Celeste Brown announces senior forward Lindsay Maloney as captain and junior Megan McCormick as an alternate captain for 2023-24.

"We are excited to announce two captains to begin the 2023-24 season," said Brown. "Both players exemplify the standards by which RIT Women's Hockey holds our family to. As leaders, they have worked to earn their teammates trust and respect."

Maloney enters her final season with 26 career points on 14 goals and 12 assists in 80 career games. The physician assistant major is a two-time CHA All-Academic selection.

"Lindsay shows why she is a leader in how she manages and attacks every part of being a student-athlete," said Brown. "Lindsay's belief in her teammates and our program pushes us to build every day. She understands GRIT and brings it continuously."
