Join us for an info session to learn more about the Doctor of Philosophy in Computing and Information Sciences program at RIT. This use-inspired basic research degree is designed to produce independent scholars, well-prepared educators and cutting-edge researchers poised to excel in their professional careers within disciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary environments in academia, government and industry. Although it is quite young among computing PhD programs, started in 2006, it has already gained national high reputation, as evidenced from reputation-based US News ranking and top-tier publication based CSRANKINGS.org ranking (RIT is currently ranked 56th and is emerging as a high-ranked program in AI, cybersecurity, and human-computer interaction).
