We're not gnocch-ing around! Join us on Monday, April 21, from 5- 9 p.m. at Gracie's for the Italian Studies Takeover. We will be partnering with the Italian Studies program to teach students how to make homemade potato gnocchi. In addition to the gnocchi, enjoy a variety of Italian cuisine at Chef's Creations, Pizza, and Global Cuisine stations.
