BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The RIT women's track & field team competed at the Brockport Invitational, Sunday.
Highlights:
- Graduate student Catherine Fox placed second in the pole vault with a height program record height of 3.61m
- Junior Justine Draper finished third in the 400 hurdles, clocking a time of 1:09.63, followed by first-year Amelia Burger in seventh (1:13.61)
- First-year Mia Gerber earned fourth-place in the javelin throw with a distance of 30.77m, while first-year Autumn Bernava placed ninth (26.77m)
- First-year Rachael Ladd placed fifth in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 12:44.11
- Sophomore Abby Thomas finished seventh in the 1,500 with a final time of 5:05.23
- Bernava placed ninth in the hammer throw with a distance of 40.64m
- Sophomore Emily Brame finished 10th in the 100 hurdles, clocking a time of 18.66
The Tigers return to action next Saturday (Apr. 20) to host the RIT Invitational at 10:00 a.m.
