Men's Rowing hosts St. Lawrence
ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The RIT men's rowing team hosted St. Lawrence for a series of regattas at the Genesee River, Saturday.
The Tigers had three boats compete in two races.
The first race was a dual of RIT's Varsity-8 boat and St. Lawrence's Varsity-8 boat. The Tigers placed second clocking a time of 6:17.30, finishing six seconds behind the Saints.
In the second and final race, the Tigers' Second Varsity-8 boat placed first with a time of 6:13.50. St. Lawrence's Second-Varsity boat placed second ahead of RIT's Third Varsity-8 boat (7:07.50).
WHAT'S NEXT
The Tigers compete in the Liberty League Championships on Friday (May 3) in Saratoga Springs at Fish Creek.
