Women's and Men's Hockey schedule updates announced
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Multiple schedule updates have been announced for the RIT Men's and Women's Hockey teams.
WOMEN CLINCH HOME PLAYOFF GAME
The women's team has clinched either the third or fourth seed for the 2025 Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) Tournament along with a home quarterfinal game on Saturday, Feb. 22. Faceoff has been scheduled for 3:05 p.m. at the Gene Polisseni Center against an opponent to be determined.
Ticketing information will be released at a later date.
MEN'S GAME TIME SHIFTED
To accommodate the women's playoff game, the men's game versus Mercyhurst, originally slated for a 5:05 p.m. faceoff on Feb. 22, will shift to a 7:05 p.m. start.
All tickets already purchased for this game will be honored for the new time. New tickets are not necessary.
MEN WILL PLAY FIRST-ROUND AHA TOURNAMENT GAME
The men's team is locked in to an AHA Tournament first-round game on Saturday, March 1 at a site and against an opponent to be determined based on the final conference standings.
The sixth, seventh and eighth seeds will host the 11th, 10th and ninth seeds, respectively.
