Join us at the Lobozzo Alumni House on Tuesday, July 8th at 5:15 p.m. for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core. HIIT & Core is a powerful, total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This cardio and strength focused workout involve alternating between brief, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will finish with core training to work on the strength and stability of the abdominal and back muscles. All fitness levels are welcome to join!
