Looking for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness? Join us at the Lobozzo Alumni House on Tuesday, July 8th at 5:15 p.m. for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core. HIIT & Core is a powerful, total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This cardio and strength focused workout involve alternating between brief, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will finish with core training to work on the strength and stability of the abdominal and back muscles. All fitness levels are welcome to join!

The NYS Pollution Prevention Institute, in partnership with Beyond Benign, will host a one-day workshop on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, that will bring together industry professionals, K-12 educators, and higher education faculty and staff, and will facilitate conversation and collaboration for applying green chemistry practices across all levels. The event is free to attend. Registration is required.
