Hosted by the AWARE-AI Program, this workshop, facilitated by Dr. Ammina Kothari, Dean of the Gwen Ifill School of Media, Humanities, and Social Sciences at Simmons University, will focus on communicating with broader audiences- policy & decision-makers, the media, and the public. 

Hands in Motion celebrates the enduring legacy of Robert Panara, poet, teacher, and advocate, through selections from his personal book collection, annotated texts, photographs, videotapes of his poetry and teaching, and other archival treasures. Through his life’s work, Panara helped the world see and hear Deaf culture in vibrant new ways.
