Join the faculty of the hip hop, ballet, and contemporary dance collective for our 25-26 auditions. Auditions for all styles will be held August 31 from 10-12:30 in the SHED Dance studio. Dancers will explore all four styles during the audition but will be able to select their preferred styles before accepting a casting offer.

"Where do we go on Sunday at 5 p.m.?" We go to Mass.

Looking for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core is a powerful, total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This cardio and strength focused workout involves alternating between brief, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will incorporate moves that target the upper body, lower body and core to work on strength, endurance and stability. All fitness levels are welcome to join!

WE@RIT (Women in Engineering) invites KGCOE students to a Kickoff BBQ Dinner to meet the WE@RIT community, meet the WE@RIT Leadership Board & WE@RIT Mentors for ‘25-’26, and learn about opportunities to get involved and have fun!  FREE to attend, but registration is required by Thursday 8/28 at Noon.  Please note that because of available room size, registration is capped at 75 people, first come, first served.  WE@RIT asks that you please verify your availability prior to registering and only register if you fully intend to attend.  If you receive a message that the event is full, please place your name on our waitlist (instructions provided therein.)
