HIIT & Core Workout Class at the Lobozzo Alumni House
Looking for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core is a powerful, total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This cardio and strength focused workout involves alternating between brief, intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods. This class will incorporate moves that target the upper body, lower body and core to work on strength, endurance and stability. All fitness levels are welcome to join!
