Circuit Training at the Lobozzo Alumni House

- DescriptionLooking for a perfect blend of strength and cardio? Circuit Training is a great total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This class involves alternating between strength work and cardio challenges with short rest intervals, and incorporates moves that target the upper body, lower body and core to work on strength, endurance and stability. All fitness levels are welcome to join!
