This program will focus on the ways in which RIT students may overload themselves. Through a reflective activity, students will identify where their time is spent, and discuss with WPEs how they may be able to achieve more balance in order to reduce their levels of stress.

This workshop will explore various AI-based tools available to support academic research writing. We will also discuss responsible use, research-specific tools, risks, and citation guidelines relevant to scholarly research and publishing. Participants are encouraged to experiment with these tools during the workshop, so come prepared with your laptop and research topic. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
